Conductor: Fine strands of bare copper wire, better causticity resistance

Insulation: Fine horniness heat and flame resistant PVC/TPE insulated

         Pair twist line adopted PE/TPE

  Colour: black number, pair twist line is red and blue

Inner shield: aluminum packed shield tinned copper net shield

Earth line: (Optional) the same effection as conductor, more convenience for wiring harness

Sheath: PVC /PUR80°C heat and flame resistance, passed VW-1 flame resistance test

电缆结构

导  体： 多股精绞镀锡铜丝，抗腐蚀性强.

绝  缘： 特殊硬质耐热阻燃PVC/TPE绝缘.

         对绞线采用PE/TPE

颜  色： 黑色数字编号，对绞线为红、蓝，

         内屏蔽:  铝箔麦拉包裹屏蔽镀锡铜网屏蔽.

排流线： (可选)与导体同规格排流效果,方便了线束屏蔽加工.

编  织:  裸铜丝或镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽(可选).

护  套:  混合80度耐热阻燃PVC护套, 通过VW-1阻燃试验
