Outer sheath special polychloreprene basis (Butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber), cold-flexible(-150C), flame retardant and self-extinguishing
Conductor stranding:
superfine copper strands acc. to VDE 0295, class 5
core insulation, resistant to oil 、flame retardant and self-extinguishing
core colours acc.to 227IEC (brown、blue、black、green/yellow)
Cables with 3 cores or more contain black with consecutive white green/yellow
outer sheath based on with Butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber as resistant to oil 、flame retardant and self-extinguishing
(acc. to VDE 0482, part 265-2-1 resp.EN 50265-2-1 and IEC 60332-1).
Colour black(RAL9005) or
Gray(RAL7001).

绝 缘:特殊耐油、阻燃、混合PVC绝缘
颜 色: 颜色表示,符合227IEC (棕、蓝、黑、黄绿)
黑色数字白色号码编号, 符合EN50214标准

护 套:耐油、阻燃、弹性PVC专用护套,灰色(RAL7001) 或 黑色(RAL9005)
在室外使用时必须事先说明。

在正常使用时,导体温度为70 uc_
电缆适宜在一1 5~+400c的环境下使用:
如起重机的使用情况如下时
起重电缆是一字型排列时
1、自由使用长度大于35m;
2、运行速度大于1.6m/s;
应考虑在电缆中增加承力元件,承力元件一般为镀锌软钢丝绳或纤维绳如芳纶纱等
起重电缆是梅花型绞合排列时
1、自由悬挂长度大于80m;
2、运行速度为4.0m/s~10.0 m/s;
应考虑在电缆中增加承力元件,承力元件一般为镀锌软钢丝绳。
